NewsletterGarden Villas Community Association publishes a community newsletter. The newsletter is available electronically every month, and is also mailed to all residents free of charge bi-monthly. In addition, free copies of the print version are available each month at Gateway ACE Hardware.

Deed RestrictionsClick below for a memo copy of the Garden Villas Deed Restrictions, which have been force since July 8, 1938. The Deed Restrictions have been subsequently been renewed every 30 years by a majority of GV residents. The current renewal is valid through December 31, 2029.
